The Experience
Four days. Nothing to organise.
Every trip is designed around its group, but the shape of a Society week looks like this.
Day One
Arrival
Morning
Private transfer from the airport, straight to the villa. Bags in rooms, clubs in the buggy garage.
Afternoon
Welcome drinks on the terrace. The week's format revealed, teams drawn, pairings announced.
Evening
Dinner at a fish restaurant on the beach — the table was booked weeks ago. Early night optional, rarely taken.
Day Two
The opening session
Morning
Fourballs on a championship course, tee times reserved back-to-back for your group. Live scoring from the first hole.
Afternoon
Beers and lunch at the clubhouse, the leaderboard already causing arguments.
Evening
Private chef at the villa. Pool, terrace, and the day's golf retold shot by shot.
Day Three
The away day
Morning
A second course, a different test. Foursomes — where friendships are examined.
Afternoon
Long lunch on the clubhouse terrace, then back to the villa: pool, siesta, or the putting contest nobody admits to practising for.
Evening
Out into town — the destination's best table, booked. Transfers run until the last man's home.
Day Four
Singles Sunday
Morning
Everything rides on the final session. Singles matches, live leaderboard, no hiding.
Afternoon
Trophy presentation on the villa terrace at sunset — engraved before you sit down.
Evening
The final dinner. Speeches encouraged, fines administered, next year discussed.
Departure: the only thing you'll have to plan is next year.
